Learn and Earn with a BEWS Program
(Business English Work Study)
Unlike other countries, Canada does not have a work travel program. If you want to work in Canada and are not a citizen or permanent resident, you must be enrolled as a student before you can obtain a work permit.
There are two ways to work while studying in Canada
1. Study English - Take a BEWS program (2-18 months)
2. Get a diploma or degree at a college or university (1 to 4 year programs)
Canadian BEWS (Business English Work Study) programs are a great way to improve your business English and earning some money. Designed for international students who want to strengthen their ability to communicate in English in a business setting plus gain work experience in Canada relevant to their academic studies or profession. This program consists of 50% academic studies and 50% paid internship.
